Galvanizing & Material Handling

Don't blink it's Zinc.

GALVANIZING and COATING

Hot Dip Galvanizing plants ensure the quality surface treatment of all the fabricated material.

ASTM A123 and ISO Standards are followed in these processes.

  • Surface Treatment
  • HOT DIP Galvanizing
  • Electroplating
  • Enameling
  • Heat Treatment
  • High Quality Paint Facility
  • Powder Coating.

Multiple cranes and modern machinery make material handling easy and efficient for PDL.

Enameling & Painting

It's refers to a vitreous, vitreous, and usually opaque substance used in a protective or decorative coating on metal, glass, or ceramic cookware. Enamel can be used in varnishes, paints and coatings. When dry, it creates a hard and shiny finish - an enamel-like finish that has a bright shine.

Surface Treatment

What is a galvanized finish? Galvanization or galvanizing is the process of applying a protective zinc coating to steel or iron to prevent corrosion. The most common method is hot-dip galvanizing, in which parts are immersed in a bath of hot, molten zinc.

It's one of the most popular methods of coating and protecting metals. Galvanized coating is the application of a zinc coating to prevent corrosion or rust from of the steel or iron construction.

a

Electroplating & Treatment

It's makes it possible to combine the strength, electrical conductivity, abrasion and corrosion resistance and appearance of certain metals with different materials that boast their advantages, such as affordable and/or lightweight metals or plastics.

Galvanization protects against corrosion in several ways:
  • It forms a barrier that prevents corrosive substances from reaching the underlying steel or iron.
  • The zinc acts as a sacrificial anode, so even if the coating is scratched, the unprotected steel will still be protected by the remaining zinc.
  • Zinc protects its base metal corroding iron.
  • The zinc surface reacts with the atmosphere to form a compact, adherent patina that is insoluble in rainwater.
