Column Formwork
Column formwork system is a complete integrated system with modular wall panels of various sizes to fit the length of the column or shear wall. The uniqueness of our system is the PDL panel, which has an extended width to provide a perfect 90-degree edge of the concrete.
Feature:
- Pillars of various sizes can be cast as an adjustable design.
- Fixing accessories, such as nuts, bolts and washers or wedge pins, tie rod assemblies with anchor nuts and tie rods, are standard parts of our system.
- Modular structure, so it is easy to disassemble and transport from one location to another.
Pier Formwork
We produce pier templates of different heights and shapes according to customer requirements, with or without groves.
Feature:
- Various shapes can be provided according to customer requirements, including round, square, rectangular and oval.
- Modular design, with 2 or 4 circumferential panels, easy to disassemble.
- If the height of a single pouring exceeds 3 mtrs, provide structural spare frame support and horizontal walls to withstand the concrete pressure during pouring.
Pier Transom Formwork
According to the bridge drawings we provide to our customers, we can provide pier cover shutters of different sizes and shapes. It has various shapes, with or without grooves, and it flares out according to the shape of the dock.
