Light Gauge Steel Frame Buildings

Light-weight frame steel structure (LGFSS)

LGFSS is based on factory-produced galvanized light-weight steel plate components. Cold forming methods assemble these components.

We assembled these components into panels on site to form the structural steel frame of the building and change the roof, walls and floor structure. Screws and bolts assemble the panels on site to form the inner walls and partitions of the building, the floor and ceiling, and the inner pages of the outer walls. We completed the building by installing a layer of insulation material, a layer of inner gypsum board and a layer of FC board on the outer wall or dry-mixed shot-crete. There are many options for cladding/facades.

The system LGFSS can incorporate all types of architectural features, such as arches, boxes, cantilevers, projections, infill walls, mezzanine floors, etc. The system can also incorporate all types of services, ie. Electricity, gas and plumbing, etc. The design and engineering of the structure are carried out in accordance with the guidelines specified in the relevant local and international standards.

Benefit:

Safety grade: Light steel is more durable. Galvanized steel resists corrosion and corrosion. The inherent strength and non-combustibility of steel enable light steel structure houses to withstand destructive events such as fires, earthquakes and hurricanes. The house is designed to meet the highest seismic and wind load codes anywhere in the country.

Strong but lightweight: Steel has one of the highest strength/weight ratios of all building materials. This saves the foundation needed, and its lightness can also simplify on-site handling.

Constructability: The use of prefabricated and pre-assembled steel components reduce field work, reduces material waste and improves quality.

Easy modification: The walls attached to the steel frame are usually easy to remove. You can randomly play anywhere as you want.

Design flexibility: Due to its strength, steel can span longer lengths, provide greater open space, and increase design flexibility without the need for intermediate columns or load-bearing walls.

Environmental protection: steel can be recycled, reducing waste in the manufacturing process. This is much better for the environment.
Non-combustible: One of the best advantages of light steel is non-combustible.

Low cost: Compared with traditional buildings, the cost is lower.
Quick and easy installation: Comparison with traditional systems, this system requires a shorter construction time.

Insulated life

The LGSF building system provides suitable solutions for the industrial, commercial and residential sectors. These buildings have a permanent style, shockproof, fully insulated and a variety of design options to achieve the highest accuracy.

LGSF Buildings are manufactured using the latest fully automatic rolling mills and other machines.

LGSF application:
  • Suitable for drywall of all types of buildings
  • Houses, farmhouses and bungalows
  • Roof extension
  • Office, temporary building
  • School building
